Annual Meeting and Board Election/Petition Notice
Okunity Federal Credit Union, doing business as Oklahoma Community Credit Union, will conduct
its annual business meeting at the below date and time as announced by the Board of Directors:
Thursday, March 29, 2026 – 5:30 p.m.
Oklahoma Community Credit Union
311 E. McElroy Rd, Stillwater, OK
The meeting agenda and previous year’s annual meeting minutes will be made available at any Oklahoma Community office and
on okcommunitycu.com at least 35 days prior to the annual meeting; as well as available at the meeting.
After conducting an open call for nominations, the nominating committee has submitted the following candidate for election
for one open Board of Director position:
Renee Smith:
Smith is seeking re-election, serving on the Board of Directors since February 2017,
and prior to that had served on the Supervisory Committee since October 2010.
Smith serves as Treasurer and represents the Board on the Asset & Liability Committee
and the Finance Committee.
The credit union will not conduct the election by ballot and there will be no nominations from the floor when the number of nominees equals the number of open positions. Eligible members may petition to be added to the ballot by completing a petition application posted on okcommunitycu.com or available at any Oklahoma Community office. Petition applications must be turned into the credit union’s main office at 311 E. McElroy Rd, Stillwater, OK 74075, by
February 9, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.
