To Save Members Time – Please NOTE:
After Sept. 14, 2023, Oklahoma Community Credit Union staff will not have access to Member’s credit card information due to the transition to the Credit Cards Services card platform. Employees of the credit union will no longer be able to take payments for your credit card, report lost or stolen cards, perform account maintenance or help you dispute fraudulent charges. Members will need to call 888.999.3304, Credit Card Services to perform any customer servicing on your “new” Oklahoma Community Credit Union or your “old” University & Community Credit Union credit card.

CREDIT CARD TRANSITION INFORMATION
On June 7, 2023 Oklahoma Community Credit Union sent letters to Members who own a University & Community Federal Credit Union MasterCard Credit Card.
The information below may make the transition to Credit Card Services a little easier.
- Rewards Points Redemption Deadline – before September 5, 2023
- In the next 60 – 75 days you will receive additional information regarding the card transition
- A new credit card will be sent to qualified cardholders*, and it DOES have a new Card Number, Expiration Date and CVV Code
- If by June 30th you have not received the letter, please call 405.743.3328 and let us verify your address.
(You don’t want to miss the mailing of your new credit card.) - Members begin receiving the new Oklahoma Community Credit Card. All cards should be in Member’s hand by Sept. 11, 2023.
- Activation of your new Oklahoma Community Credit Card through the Credit Choice program can begin on Sept. 14, 2023.

REWARDS FROM YOUR OLD UNIVERSITY & COMMUNITY CU CREDIT CARD
The redemption period for your UChoose rewards from your old card has now expired.
New Oklahoma Community Credit Union cards issued in September will begin accruing rewards points on the new card. Review your materials sent with your card on how to get enrolled.

- All earned rewards points and rewards must be redeemed before Tuesday, September 5, 2023
- Rewards Points and Rewards will not transfer to your new credit card
- Rewards Points and Rewards not redeemed will expire on September 4, 2023 at Midnight, CST.
- You will need to login to your uChoose Rewards account at uchooserewards.com to redeem your points.
(Forgotten logins and passwords can be reset on the uChoose login page.)
