Security Awareness

Security awareness of digital financial accounts is critical to your account protection. These guidelines can help you protect your accounts.

  • Use strong passwords. Do not use dictionary words, names of family or pets, or values that may be easily associated with you such as birthdays, etc.
    • Poor password example: Rainbow1958
    • Good password example: jf@U4k!jDf3$kLt
    • Using a phrase with upper and lower letters, numbers and symbols is also recommended and may be required
  • Keep your password private. Do not share your account information with anyone. Multiple account logins on an account are available.
  • Be vigilant of the transactions on your account using digital banking and/or Alerts & Notifications. Should you see anything out of place please call us immediately at 405.743.3328 to determine what steps need to be taken.
  • Two-Factor – Do not give out any codes related to digital banking. Anyone requesting a two-factor code from you is likely a fraudulent attempt. Do not respond to a two-factor request that you did not personally initiate.
  • Never give out your login and/or password for another individual to conduct transactions on your digital banking. A guest user (secondary login) can be added to your digital banking account to provide others certain access.
