I am seeing other accounts I am on that I didn’t see in the previous online banking, how can I hide these?

With the new digital platform, ALL accounts you are tied to, in our core banking system, will be visible on your online and mobile banking screens. At this time, we do not have a way for you to “hide” or “delete” any accounts you really don’t want to see in digital banking. We are working on a solution to give you that feature. Our goal is to have such enhancement made in the next 60 days. In the meantime, you are able to “Star” or “Make a favorite” those account you want to see first in your viewing line. This action should bring those starred or favorite accounts to the top of your Account Listing in digital banking.
