OK Community Cares recently provided a $750 grant to Friends of Sanborn Nature Camp for 10 camp scholarships.
Lake Sanborn is home to a diverse habitat providing campers an opportunity to explore different ecosystems and learn about local wildlife. The Friends of Sanborn organization hosts Nature Camp in the summer to educate children ages 6 to 12 about preservation and protection of nature for future generations to enjoy.
