The Right Path was awarded an OK Community Cares grant

The Right Path was recently provided a $1,000 OK Community Cares grant to assist with general operations.

The Right Path is a therapeutic equine-assisted program working with people with disabilities and challenges founded in 1996 near Drumright, OK.

With the help of this grant, their services are offered at no charge to their participants. The Right Path offers several programs for people with disabilities and veterans as well as a literacy program for first grade classes in surrounded communities.

“Horses that heal and hearts that care is our motto,” said Leslie Kirkland, The Right Path founder. “We are ever so grateful to OK Community Cares for believing in our mission of empowering those with disabilities and challenges to reach for their highest potential with the help of a horse.”
