OK Community Cares recently awarded Harvest House a $2,500 grant to support their Food for Families and Emergency Food programs.
Located in Tulsa, Harvest House has been serving clients in Northeast Oklahoma for 29 years. The Food for Families program provides a week’s worth of quality food allowing clients to shop from a menu on dedicated shopping days or clients can pick up prepacked groceries through their Emergency Food Program.
“Harvest House is deeply grateful to OK Community Cares for their generous support, which will enable us to provide 7 days of nutritious food, prescription eyeglasses, utility assistance, designer clothing, food for senior citizens and other assistance to our neighbors in need,” said Olivia DiCamilli, Harvest House Executive Director. “Each dollar will provide a minimum of $20 in direct services, extending hope and help to those who need it most. Thank you for partnering with us to make a real, lasting difference in Oklahoma.”
