Free Loan Payments Methods

Paying from an Oklahoma Community CU account:

  • Use your existing OK Community CU accounts to make recurring or one-time payments. Sign up for digital banking and use the tools in online banking or on our mobile app. Under the “Transfer & Pay” menu, select “Internal Transfer” to set up the payment.

Pay from an external bank account:

  • Connect an account at another financial institution through our digital banking tools to make one-time or recurring payments electronically via ACH.
  • Log in to digital banking via our website or mobile app and select “Loan Pay” under the “Transfer & Pay” menu.
    • Add your external bank account and verify the microdeposits (two small deposits to your other account that you use to verify ownership of that account). Please plan ahead as the verification process can take 1-2 business days.
    • Once an external account is linked and verified, you may make loan payments using that account.
    • Payments made before 2PM central time are processed the same day, payments made after 2PM central time are processed the next business day.

Checks by mail:

  • Write a check for your loan payment and mail it to us
    • Mail completed check with account number and loan suffix in the memo line to:

      • PO Box 1357
      • Stillwater, OK 74076

Shared Branch Loan Payments:

  • Access any one of the 5,000+ shared branching locations to pay your loan easily across the nation.
  • You will need your account number and a valid government issued photo ID when accessing your accounts through a shared branch.
  • After May 1, 2025, Shared branching network will require any

Remote Bill Pay:

  • Have bill pay at an existing account at another bank? You may set us up as the payee and schedule payments.
  • Please be sure to reference your account and loan number if using an external bill pay system.

Alternative payment methods (fees apply)

Loan payment with card

  • Alternative payment method using a card (Fee applies)
  • We suggest that this payment method not be your primary method of making loan payments as it is the most expensive method. To reduce your fees, please use one of the primary methods listed above.
  • There is a limit on how much you may pay towards a loan at any given time and a fee for each time of use.
  • Loan payoffs not eligible via this payment method.
  • Make sure you provide your entire account number and loan number
    • If your account number is 12345-6 and your loan number is 1001:
      • Please submit your “Loan Number” as:  12345-6-1001
