The lobby at 311 E. McElroy Rd., Stillwater, OK remodel is now complete. The Lobby is NOW OPEN!
Over the next few weeks, we will be completing a
few minor cosmetic details; however, the lobby is ready for our
Members to enter and conduct their business.
The Drive-thru, ATM and Night Deposit Box are now located on
the east side of the building and are open for business.
Our West Branch at 1811 S. Sangre Rd, Stillwater
is also open for business at 1811 S. Sangre Rd., Stillwater OK.

Hours are 8 am – 6 pm (M-F) and 9 am – 1 pm (Sat)
The ATM and Night Deposit Box are accessible 365/24/7
All three are now located on the East side of the building.

West Branch Serves as Alternative Service Channel!

Oklahoma Community’s West Stillwater location has been open for over a year.
It was build to serve our Members as an alternative channel during the Main Location
remodel. We thank you for using the West Branch during the main location temporary
lobby closing during construction. Please continue to utilize either Stillwater Branch
and enjoy the convenience of having two local branches of your credit union.

Construction Updates

Timeline*

April 9, 2024 – Main location at 311 E. McElroy Rd., Lobby Opens for Members & the public.

April 1 – 8, 2024 – Main location lobby opens for Members with a “soft” unadvertised opening. Finishing construction interior projects are being completed.

April 2024 – Main location lobby and office furniture delivery and installation complete.

March 2024 – Interior dry wall and painting begin and wood work and flooring installation continues.

January & February, 2024 – Main location interior offices and workspaces build outs continue.

December 10, 2023 – Main location interior demolition begins.

November 27, 2023 – Main location lobby on McElroy Rd. will close until interior construction is completed.

November 16, 2023 – Drive-thru and ATM opens for business. Come try out the new drive-thru video screens.

November 15, 2023 – West entrance becomes ENTER only and East access becomes EXIT only.

October 1, 2023 – Drive-thru teller tubes and video electronics installations continue in prep for opening.

September 5, 2023 – East entrance/exit from McElroy closed for crews to do concrete work and work on new drive-thru.

August 23, 2023 – Drive-thru & ATM closed for crews to complete phase 1 of the remodel.

August 18, 2023 – Masonry work begins on new addition on southside of the building.

June 1, 2023 – New east side drive thru steel placement begins and welding has started.

May 18, 2023 – Dirt work continues for the expansion to the south side of the building. Plumbers and electricians on site doing their prep work.

April 20, 2023 – Interior office framing goes up. External building materials delivered.

March 30, 2023
– Interior demolition of non-lobby offices nears completion. This is prep work for the South-side extension of the building.

March 22, 2023 – Interior demolition of southside facing offices has begun.  Ground work for the moving of the Drive-thru lanes to the east side of the building also has begun.

March 20, 2023 – Night Deposit Box at Main Location temporarily blocked by construction fencing due to the use of large machinery. No current access to the Night Deposit Box. Please use our West Branch Night Drop Box at 1811 S. Sangre Road, should you need this service.

March 13, 2023 – Construction on the Drive-thru lanes and front parking lot begins. Lanes 1-4 are blocked off. Lanes 5 & 6 remain open for drive-thru teller transactions.  ATM Lane open.

January – February, 2023 – Construction bidding process being finalized and city and building permits applied for.

December 14, 2022 – eBlast Communication to all Members subscribed to receive eMail communications. Press Release sent to media channels.

Our Partner, Eclipse Brand Builders

In June 2021, Oklahoma Community partnered with Eclipse Brand Builders of Johns Creek, Georgia, to design and facilitate a full rebrand that realigned its commitment and focus on the growing community it serves. The rebrand not only honors the credit union’s rich 50-year history, it is also in line with the board’s vision of continual improvement.

For the design and construction of its new branch office, Oklahoma Community once again partnered with Eclipse Brand Builders. Eclipse’s people-oriented collaboration style has resulted in a decision-making process that has prioritized and highlighted Oklahoma Community’s member-focused goals and values. The New West Stillwater branch at 1811 S. Sangre Road, Stillwater OK 74074 opened on January 25, 2023 with two drive-thru lanes and an ATM and Night Drop Box in Lane 1. The West branch features three full-time and two part-time Members Services Representatives and a Loan Officer on site. They have Saturday lobby hours to serve our Members. This West branch will be a great alternative for Members to visit during the remodeling of our McElroy location.

Eclipse was also commissioned to handle the remodeling of Oklahoma Community’s Main Location at 311 E. McElroy Road, Stillwater OK 74075. The planning stages for the remodel began even before the West Branch opened.  Building & city permits have been obtained and construction began on March 13, 2023 with the first phase of the remodel plan. The drive-thru will be moving from the South side of the building to the East side and a build-out to include additional office space will be taking place on the South side of the building.  Eclipse, along with credit union management will be overseeing the remodeling project.
