Oklahoma Community Credit Union is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors composed of members of the Credit Union. The Board of Directors is elected by the members at the Credit Union’s Annual meeting. Directors set Credit Union policy, hires and annually reviews the performance of a President/CEO and appoints the Supervisory Committee among other responsibilities. By this democratic process controlling management is in the hands of the Credit Union members. Each member has one vote regardless of the number of shares owned.
